1. General
By purchasing or using any product from PINK PANTHER | SERVICES, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users who purchase, access, or use our digital products.
2. Product Description
PINK PANTHER | SERVICES provides digital software products focused on PC system optimization for Windows 10 and Windows 11.
All products are delivered digitally via license key or digital access. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, customers receive digital delivery, including access credentials and/or a license key.
Because the product is digital and delivered electronically, the transaction is considered completed at the time of delivery.
4. Sales Finality / Refund Limitations
Due to the nature of digital products and digital delivery, all sales are generally final.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not guaranteed once access or a license key has been issued.
However, limited exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or where expressly approved under our Refund Policy.
By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital products may be non-reversible after delivery.
5. License Usage
Purchasing a product grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

- proper installation and correct usage
PINK PANTHER | SERVICES is not responsible for issues caused by third-party software, system settings, or misuse.
7. Support
Basic support is provided through official online support channels.
Support is limited to product-related assistance and does not include system modifications outside the software’s intended use.
8. Chargebacks and Fraud
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or payment disputes without first contacting support may result in:
- immediate license revocation
- termination of access
- permanent restriction from future purchases
Proof of digital delivery and license activation may be submitted to payment processors to contest disputes.
9. Limitation of Liability
PINK PANTHER | SERVICES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
